I purchased this item for my 2022 Kia Soul arm rest which I've always found to be just slightly to low for me to rest my arm on comfortably. This arm rest cover adds another inch+ to the top of my arm rest and I've found that my arm rests on the console much more comfortably while using it.The entire arm rest cover is filled with a dense foam which is resilient and adds a pleasurable amount of cushion to the top of the armrest in your vehicle. The outer shell of the cover is a black leather like material that has a durable and smooth feel to it. I feel that it looks nice in the car, and I've had no problems with it.The only issue I have found is that the underside of the cover isn't coated with an anti-slip material and it slides around a lot. The cover fits my armrest well, actually it is almost 100% perfect fit, but the way that the cover assembles to your arm rest is only via a wide elastic band that wraps around the lid of your console. This wide band has a strong grip, and it won't move if you just leave it in place, but any activity will move the cover around and you will constantly have to readjust it.Other than that, it does make it sort of cumbersome to open the lid of the center console, but I think this was expected and I'm not counting it against the device.Overall, I think this is a good product and I can suggest it.

I took a chance on this and it worked out well! Equivalent versions of this made specifically for my vehicle, an Audi Q5, had a width of 8.3 inches. This was listed width a width of 8.7" but it fits nicely, thanks to the attachment mechanism -- a stretchy-ish sleeve that goes under the lid of the center console.It did come with something of a smell, but a couple days of airing it out outside did the trick. It's nice and firm for elbow support. I'm not sure I'll use the side pockets, as they're quite shallow and narrow, but you never know, and that's not why I got it anyway.I'm pretty tall and I often get bad neck and shoulder pain from extended periods of using my arms without sufficient elbow support (typing, driving), so I'm really pleased to have found a way to get a bit more support for the latter.
