This is a very attractive bracelet for a medical ID. it is comfortable, light weight yet sturdy. Hidden Hollow Beads customer service is exemplary! There was a bit of a glitch that was addressed and rectified immediately. I look forward to adding more to my Med ID "wardrobe".

I purchased this bracelet, I had it for a bit and it broke. I contacted customer service and they were fabulous! They immediately apologize and send out a replacement! It is not easy to find companies like that! I would highly suggest purchasing from them.
