This steering bushing is a lot stronger than others I bought. Good install perfect fit

Two problems with this part. First the hex flange that protrudes from the bottom to lock into the chassis is too long by about .040 and needs to be ground down or the bushing will not lock tightly to the chassis. Second, the quality of the steel is very poor and the bushing was worn out after two uses. Looked almost as bad as the original which was in there for 15 years. Save yourself the trouble of having to do the job twice and go for the original OEM Cub Cadet part.
