Really enjoy this product however a couple months after using them the Bluetooth quit working. I contacted the company who were very responsive. We were not able to fix the problem so the company sent me a replacement set of speakers. They sound great and are good value for the money. I would definitely recommend the product and the customer service is top notch!

*** Updated Review**** 8/11/24*** After getting no where with Amazon customer service I reached out to the company (Herdio) directly and they responded quickly. They sent me a brand new replacement for the speakers which I must give their customer service five stars for that…. thank you for providing great customer service and doing right by the consumer.****I felt the need to write a review on the speakers after I purchased them. the first two times great sound highly recommend even told some of my friends about it. The third time I went to use them. The speaker sounded horrible with a crackling sound. It was disappointing to see that after only three uses it sound as if one of the speakers popped when the music wasn’t even being played that loud, I reached out to Amazon customer service they told me there’s nothing they can do because it’s past 30 days. I explain to Amazon that I am NOT. looking for a refund but a replacement because I’ve had it for such a little time less than two months and they told me there’s nothing you can do . I informed Amazon that it is a shame that you allow a company to sell merchandise on their platform and they have no responsibility after 30 days of use. I reached out to the company directly AND CURRENTLY 2Waiting on their reply. I’ll give an update on my review to see if they at least do the decent thing and send me a replacement speaker.

Came quickly and really work well. They look good, sound very good and were easy to install. I had / have no connectivity issues. I mounted them in the beams of a porch extension and they provide great music for the whole area.

We are using these on our deck. Installation and setup were easy. Sound quality is good, don't expect real hifi at this price point, but you get value for money. These will work well for our intended use. One issue is the power supply is not for outdoor use (it states for indoor use only) which means I'll need to enclose it in a weatherproof box.

I almost bought the older version of these speakers but then realized that these are the newer ones since the other listing was older and had Bluetooth 5.0 and this one was newer and had Bluetooth 5.3. I am so happy with these for the price... very pleased. I am using them in an outdoor, covered, screened-in room. The power supply says it is for indoor use only, which doesn't make sense. Hopefully mine will be okay, I will be unplugging them when not in use.Also, the listing didn't mention the gauge of the wire that comes with this set to link the two speakers. The manual recommends 16AWG if you need a longer wire. I am guessing that the one that comes with these speakers are like 10-15 ft.Also of note: the power cord attaches to the RIGHT speaker, just in case you need to know that. The Bluetooth connection has been fine for me so far. I will report back as soon as I have any issues but in the meantime, I am loving these speakers: nice bass and good sound overall. (They are also larger in person than I expected so measure first based on the product specifications if you need to!)

These speakers are great for the fenced in garden next to our house and produce nice listenable sound. They pair beautifully without any trouble, and the range isn't too bad. Understand that they are not loud. I have some audio background, and I would rate the audio volume of these at more like 10 or 15 watts. How they arrive at 400 watts is beyond comprehension.No other complaints though. They're attractive, have held up fine, and have survived a summer of rain, heat, wind, etc. I may wrap them in plastic or something for the winter, just to give them a little protection from ice and snow.

The speakers work fine and sound pretty good but the reason for the two star review is because of the customer service if you were to have an issue with them. I bought an amp from Herdio directly that doesn’t work after I purchased the speakers and I just keep getting the run around with questions and more questions instead of just replacing the defective $35 amp. So one can assume if I were to have issues with the speakers then the customer service would be the same.UPDATED: 5/7/2024The speakers have also stopped working exactly a month after delivery. I would spend the little extra and get something named brand and established. Btw, I still haven’t gotten a replacement amp to replace the defective one that I received.
