Moves in different directions which is a plus. Only problem I had was with one of the casters the brake doesn’t work, otherwise excellent product

Bought these to move a 7 seater hot tub. First problem was that the lifter bar immediately crumpled and bent on first attempt. should ideally be a solid bar to be fit for purpose. Tip - cut off the brakes on the wheels as this kept getting caught in the deck when moving the hot tub. Overall, not worth buying if you need to move your hot tub !

These bent after the first use and don’t stay under the furniture very easily. Seems like you need just the perfect weight to keep them in place but not bend them

The concept works. The product is well made, it is strong and the rollers are sturdy. The rollers supported the weight of our giant refrigerator. Just beware if you have tile floor, you will need to keep an eye on them underneath, as they will catch on the grout lines and can scoot away. They work, you just need to really take your time while you move things.
