I recently got this Heavy Punching Bag with Stand, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it! The 70” freestanding design makes it great for both adults and teens, and it’s surprisingly stable once filled properly. The included boxing gloves are a nice touch, the punching bag is quite stable if inflated properly. The electric air pump makes inflating quick and easy, but you may need to top it off occasionally.It’s a solid option for fitness training, MMA, or boxing practice, though serious fighters might prefer something heavier. For casual workouts and stress relief, though, it’s perfect!

This sandbag definitely exceeded my expectations. Not only is it well made and easy to set up, but it provides a fun and engaging workout for me and my kids. The height is perfect and the heavy duty bag works great when filled with sand!

We bought this as a gift for our 7 year old at Christmas and it lasted maybe a month. We identified a small pinhole sized leak in one of the seams and used the self adhesive patches that came with it. The punching bag continued to deflate even after trying several more times with the extra leak repair patches. After the money spent on this product, along with all the bags of sand purchased to fill the base, we are highly disappointed in its durability considering this is made for an adult sized person.

الكيس جيد جدا لكن ليس مثل الصورة .. القاعدة ايضا بالون بالنفخ وتعبئة الماء او الرمل .. الصورة كانت توضح قاعدة بلاستيكية صلبة ..على العموم لنا اسبوع نافخينها وعيالي مبسوطين فيها وماسربت هوا

This is a great temporary punching bag - temporary, meaning, it will be easy to deflate and package up when needed. Sturdy and holds up with all of the punching my teen boys provide. We used water in the base (you can hear water moving around with each kick/hit to the bag), but it stays up as it should). Easy to move around as needed as well. Giving it 4 stars because we have to blow it up constantly to bring it back to a firm state...for some reason, it doest not seem to be holding air as well as it should (maybe we have a small leak?). Overall, a great product and we recommend.

The punching bag is very sturdy and came with nice, good quality boxing gloves. It's easy to set up and very functional for home workouts. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good punching bag.

Perfect for teen son. Great quality for price. Thick material. Great height. Comes with air pump, which was a big plus!! Easy to fill bottom and blow up. Should last a good while for him. Also comes with a pair of boxing gloves that feel & fit perfectly. He is pleased with product.
