PTO switch plugged right in and fixed the blade inop problem. New problem is, the switch is just slightly larger than the Snapper mounting plate allows. May have to file the sides of the plate to open to allow it to fit properly. New switch handle is smaller can graphics are muddy. (New on left, OEM on right)

This switch failing is often an indicator that the clutch is also going bad, which was exactly what happened to my mower. Had to buy this item (very reasonably priced) and also separately a clutch (between $300-$450). This PTO switch has performed very well since my electrical engineer buddy replaced it, and the clutch.

This switch worked great. It did have the yellow button as shown. The button is a little smaller than the original but had no difficulty being able to pull up on the switch to turn on the PTO.The original plug fit with no issues and the locking tabs fit nice and tight.

This switch is an exact fit for my ZTS7500 Craftsman Sears Simplicity zero turn mower.The mower had a problem with engaging the blades and then the mower wouldn't run, so I diagnosed the problem to clutch switch. This new switch works perfectly and was easy peasy to change out. Less than a minute and I was back to mowing. If I can do it you can also.
