Perfect fit and easy install. Installed a new water pump on my 86 ford ranger. With a 2.9 L V6. This was a simple install for a properly completed job. I also installed new belts and hoses. . The fan clutch wears at a similar rate as the water pump. It's a good idea to change it out at the same time My last one was 10 years old. I expect the same life out of this on. High quality part.

Went on with relative ease and works great. The big nut is left hand thread (righty loosey) so don't fight it in the wrong direction.
