In the logo I had designed, I had left a bit of white oval showing behind a helmet in my design. I missed it because it was on those light blue and white checkerboard background that transparent images have. I don't know their process but if they had a better preview than I did of what it would look like, the line that appeared is clearly something that doesn't belong there. If they noticed they could have messaged me. That being said, it's obviously a mistake on my part first and foremost. 5/5 stars! I would purchase from them again. I'd recommend triple checking whatever designs you send in though.
