This product is very cheap and it will cost you as much as you paid for it to ship it back (UPS store verified a total of just under $500 to ship both boxes back. I would not trust this structure to hold a child up in the air while sleeping, let alone while they play in their bed. Panels are made of a thin, pressed cardboard-like material. Be very very careful parents. Is it worth saving a few bucks? Shame on Amazon for letting these third party sellers do this to consumers and Prime members. Amazon is letting them get away with it, everyday. Amazon: make your sellers treat customers well, or remove them form your site, it's the right thing to do.

I am going to keep the bed- it's not bad and I do like the way it looks and fits the room.It was extremely hard to put together- and I'm mechanically inclined and have years of experience as a carpenter. Several of the parts were unmarked. I figured it out, but those less experienced working with their hands might have trouble. Some of the hardware was missing and there was no extra hardware. And the tiny brakets they give as extra support, that are supposedto secure the bed to the wall- a waste... I had to come up with another real solution. And to top that off, I paid $99 for shipping and the delivery person left both boxes out in the rain- and I have a covered porch on the front of my house. Amazon is supposed to be refunding that delivery fee, but that hasn't hit yet.All on all, it was a bad experience.

Not as sturdy as described. Have difficulty keeping the closet doors shut. Every time my daughter climbs up or down the bed, the closet doors open. She is also Autistic & loves heights but gets frightened by the movement as she climbs. I & others have attempted to tighten or find where we could make it more sturdy without luck. The concept is great & the room it saves we love. It’s just not the quality I had hoped for. We get lots of compliments on the looks of the bed.

Between having mislabeled pieces, no identification on the hardware other than little squares and numbers thrown in the bags with five different nuts and screws that are only a millimeter difference made this one of the most aggravating projects I've ever put together. I've had easier times building power lines across rivers here in Florida than I did just putting the very first page worth of instructions together.

I was super excited about this! There aren’t a ton of gray loft beds out there and we didn’t want a desk so we were really excited about this! I honestly enjoy putting things together. This was awful!! Missing parts, parts not labeled, fingers blistered from how many times I turned the dang Allen Wrench & just tedious. The ladder wouldn’t line up correctly which gives me angst about my child climbing up it. The ladder also has a chipped step, ready to give my kiddo a splinter. The bed shakes and does not seem sturdy. She literally is scared to get up and down the ladder.I was really hoping this bed would last her several years as she’s only 7 but I don’t think that’s going to happen. I really should have stopped and sent this thing back but once we got far enough into we figured it was too late for that! Seriously, save your money and look for something better!!!
