I have no idea how the hanging hook shape work. The hanging loop with screws are not house install friendly unless you can access the top of the other side of the ceiling or wood. I have to end up go to Lowes and get some big nails. The chains are too short. If the bag is not heavy enough, it will unhook from the chains easily.

The quality of the bag itself is good. Neddless to say it comes empty and you fill it up but jic. The chains hooks and anchor had to be replaced so they could work better for us. Overall good product for beginners.
