I'd like to lose about 10 lbs and my tummy sticks out more than I'd like. I bought this shirt hoping that it would help me not feel so fat at work. I feel like the shirt did a little with redistributing my fat but no one should believe expect miracles - you'll need to wear a corset or some similar device to really suck it in.I had no issue pulling this shirt over my head and putting it on like a normal t-shirt. I'm not sure why the supplier has these absurd directions to pull them up from your legs. I guess if you are super fat that might be a requirement, but for me that wasn't necessary.One thing of note was that the shirt REALLY breaths. I wore this during the winter and I was actually cold at work. So if you feel like you need some sliming AND you easily get hot, this would be a good option for you.

It's a nice fabric but the way it clings to my chest hair makes it itchy and I have to adjust constantly. I would love to give it 5 stars but I just can't.

This shirt has good elasticity, it can be pulled on and tugged pretty hard without causing any damage to it. I am able to put the shirt on and take it off over my head with no problems because of the amount of elasticity that is in it. Once the shirt is on and positioned properly, it has good compression that you can feel. It fits tight/snug on the entire upper body. Even though it has the good compression and fits tight/snug, it has no effect on your breathing and it is quite comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I was impressed with the slimming effects that I had while wearing this shirt. They were way better than I thought they would be. The slimming effects on my chest were slightly better than the slimming effects on my midsection. The shirt pulls your shoulders back, which is great for your posture, and it is also very effective in hiding man boobs. For me, the slimming effects were real! I could feel them and I could see them when I looked into a mirror. I was able to wear some closer fitting shirts that I hadn't worn in a long time, and I liked the way that I looked in them. This shirt is a big help with my self-esteem, and I was in need of a self-esteem booster. The shirt can be washed in a washing machine, but it needs to be hung up to dry. It dries rather quickly once it is hung up to dry. The bottom of the shirt has never rolled up on me. I would definitely recommend this shirt. My normal size is large, and I ordered a medium size shirt. It fits me the way that I want a compression/slimming shirt to fit. In my opinion, this shirt is worth every penny that it costs.

I've lost around 170 pounds. Naturally, this has resulted in loose skin. While I'm not embarrassed, I just want to look nicer in my clothes. This shirt does exactly that. It's comfortable too. I got a medium. My regular shirt size is a large. It hides my loose skin well. I will be ordering another. I was considering skin removal surgery prior to purchasing this. Not anymore. Also, I had previously purchased a tank top shaper shirt. Don't get those if you have loose skin around your chest, back, or armpit areas. Your skin will bulge there. That's not an issue at all with this shirt. It's discreet too.
