My John Deer 3000 PSI pressure washer, which is 16 years old, needed the carburetor replaced. Afer researching found this one. Delivered next day. Took maybe five minutes to pull off the old and install the new. Works great!! I have been trying to repair this maching for several months. Tried other carburetors to no avail. Was about to give up or take to a repair shop. Instead, spent $20 and it is fixed.

I let my Troy Built rototiller set to long this time and the carburetor need cleaned and rebuilt. When I looked for a carb kit I saw the GX160 GX200 Carburetor with 17210-ZE1-517 Air Filter Tune Up Kit for Honda GX120 GX140 GX 160 GX168 GX20. The price was so good I had to try it. The carburetor worked great, mounting gaskets, fuel tank screen and line was enough to make it run like new again. I installed the new air filter and spark plug because it came with the kit and now it should last another 10 years. I also have spare coil, choke lever and ignition switch that came in the kit for future use. I was able to put the little motor in top shape in about 30 minutes. I would have spent more time than that just cleaning the old carburetor. If you think you need a carb kit, buy this instead. You'll come out way ahead.

This was my first time doing maintenance on my pressure washer. It wasn’t working so I decided to take the engine apart and discovered a crumbling air filter. Assuming it also needed spark plug etc-I looked on Amazon to see what was compatible with my engine. The kit was very convenient and I was able to use nearly everything.

This carburetor installed on 20+ year old Northern Tools pressure washer with Honda GX160 motor. The motor wouldn't start very well, took multiple pulls, wouldn't start in cold weather at all, wouldn't run without the choke being on about 1/2 way, surged a bit, and backfired on shutdown. Also didn't seem to have the power it originally did.This new carb (plus a new plug, no other changes) fit perfectly and fixed all concerns. I only ran it once since the changes, but it was back to normal, started on first pull, ran much better. I did not change out with the new magneto or gas filter or gas lines, or on/off switch. All these now in spare parts inventory.So this is a good, if not great, purchase, in my opinion. The only thing I wasn't wild about was the spark plug was generic. I ordered a real NGK plug rather than use it (but would have used it in a pinch). But other than that the carb was a direct replacement, looks like a perfect copy, and the other parts look direct replacement as well.

At first , I open the box and saw all the parts stashed in a box and jumped out ready to get installed, I started from top to bottom,from gas tank to ignition coil ,wire harness ,spark plugs and carb. I was afraid in ordering this product because of reviews saying that the carb gas pipe is sticking up and not side ways , well my original carb had it side ways and the new one going straight up well let me tell you that was not a problem it fitted perfect no issues so I give a thumbs down to those reviews. Second problem is that I installed the carb and the motor wouldn't stay running ,I said what a waste but I removed the carb and found out that I was the problem not the carb I miss placed two of the gasket seals . I put the middle one in the front and the front on the middle which had a air leak .so I placed it right and after two pulls , bam it ran like new . So I was going to write a bad review about this product but know I'm giving my self a two star . And five star to this carb kit . Will recommend 💯 percent ,and the price is real good is a James bawn deal.
