CON - The pages are very narrow so I sometimes have to cut the labels or turn them sideways to fit. It takes a bit of fiddling. I should have measured labels and compared to the size of the books before purchasing.PROS - Well made for the price. Seems sturdy. Paper is of good, thick weight and fountain pen friendly. Small size is convenient for taking to the wine cellar to pick out your next vintage or repeat a favorite bottle.

Well packaged to avoid it getting damaged. Real leather and approximately 43 pages per journal. One note - the two journals aren’t the same color brown in the package I received. That’s not a deal breaker for me. I would purchase again as gifts.

I bought these for my partner’s birthday but I had another backup gift ready because I thought the quality would be low since the price was so low.She loved them! Works perfectly to place labels as well as super compact for travel. They are also beautiful. We love trying wines but don’t get too caught up into detailed or verbose lingo so the short note pages are just perfect.
