Great heavy duty chain to lock up out paddle boat. The chain gets wet quite a bit even though it's not fully submerged. No rusting yet. Very happy with this!Update: used partially submerged for two years now and still no rusting or wearing down of the coating. Great product!

Fully covered with thick pure white PVC. Oversize fittings at each end make it easy to attach it to anchors and to anchor line. Flexible enough to allow easy storage.

Stiffer than I originally thought, but I guess it is that way because the coating is so thick. Looks like it will wear well over time. Matched this up with a Greenfield 18 pound coated anchor. Never thought much about it until someone suggested it to me. The weight of the chain helps the Richter Anchor dig in to the bottom. Being coated also helps minimize scratches on the boat gel coat. Have 2 anchors and will likely buy another one of these for the second anchor setup.
