My 8 year old niece was SO excited when I gave her this suit. She lives at the beach so wears it a lot and gets lots of compliments and feels great in it. The headband is confusing to get on, but a cute add once you figure it out.

Ordered the size 10 year for my 8 year old who is around 72lbs, she’s tall but new to size 10 in girls clothes! Seems super well made, she’s worn the entire suite multiple times- holding up well. The headband/hair accessorie isn’t needed and she won’t wear it but otherwise A+She is so hard to find suites for so I’m thankful we found this!

My 9 yo is 5' tall and weighs 78 lbs. I got her a size 10-12. It fits her perfectly. The top is a little loose, but she doesn't have any problems with it showing anything it shouldn't. She loves it.

This GRACE KARIN Girls Swimsuit Tankini Rash Guard Long Sleeve 4 Piece Bathing Suit is stated to fit a girl six to ten years old but our granddaughter who is much younger was able to wear it so it can fit younger girls if they are big for their age. I am referring to her size rather than her weight as she is large in her age group but of normal weight for her height. That being said, this is an attractive and adorable suit for a little girl and adds additional sun protection with the long sleeves which can be used in addition to sunblock on very sunny days. The suit does not seem to be confining and it can move every which way our granddaughter moves on the beach. An unthought of benefit the we only noticed when using this swimsuit on her is that it is eye-catching and makes it easier to spot her when she runs into a group of kids. Its color hasn't significantly faded so this seems to be a good swimsuit overall.
