Replaced it for my regular pitot tube speedometer that was no longer working. This seems to work fine. Put the gps receiver under the dash and it got signal right away.

Assembled this and it does not work display lights up but nothing else works tried relocating the gps sensor numerous times still no signal save your money it's worthless

Installed on a small center console fishing boat in place of the analog speedo. Fit the available spot perfectly. Easy install. Very neat to have a odometer and trip meter on the boat. Only drawback in my use is that the screen is not very readable with polarized sunglasses as it's not exceptionally bright. Overall, this is a great deal.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced gauge to display speed, direction of travel, gps coordinates and altitude for a recreational vehicle (I use it on a boat), this is a great choice.

Only thing is that the gauge has a large ring threaded around the gauge to hold it in place and if you have any rough fiberglass on the backside of your dash it will have to be ground down or the ring will not seat the gauge very well mine took some work to get it to seat flush with the face of the dash cluster the old speedometer only had a aluminum bracket with two points of contact . Each install may require some amount of effort to make sure a clean install ,as far as functioning worked I hooked it to a 12v battery and it would read me walking around so definitely accurate hopefully it holds up long term

Used this to replace the speedometer in my boat. Easy installation and excellent GPS signal reception with the antenna mounted under the dash. Like display of GPS position, trip and total odometer reading along with speed. Only dislike is the display backlighting could be brighter, harder to read in direct sunlight. Overall, very satisfied.
