This gold wine chiller is more modern looking than an old school ice bucket. It has a brushed gold finish with a simple pattern. It doesn’t come with directions for use. Seems to be a simple vacuum bottle. I simply filled it with ice first before use and emptied it out before inserting the bottle and it worked fine for dinner use. It is a very stylish way to keep wine cool at the table!Note: There is much room between the bottle and the inside of the bucket so crushed ice will work best if keeping the bottle cold for and extended period is desirable,

I really like the shape and size of this wine bottle chiller, but the color finish is definitely lacking. It looks like it was spray painted gold instead of having an actual gold/metalic finish. It is more matte and unfortunately that makes it look cheaper than it otherwise would have with a nice mirror finish. Not terrible, but not what I was expecting.
