Happy with this padded shirt. Feel it gives me a little more protection when I fall. New to mountain biking and glad to have the padding. Quality is great. I wash according to the instructions. I don't put it in the dryer.

Fits a small female adult if you get the largest size. However, of course, there is quite a bit of compression. I would personally size up for comfort if possible. Surprisingly not too bulky and can worn underneath clothing pretty easily for some extra body cushion without feeling uncomfortable.

Fits well and feels proper based off the measurements given. The only grips I have are the seams around the shoulders and the neck opening could be looser as to make donning and doffing this less of a struggle.

This shirt is really tight, but I suppose it should be so the pads don't move. The pads are G-forms pads which are great as ever. This is a good addition to my G form kit which includes padded undershirt, knee pads, elbow pads.Seriously, G form is the best pad maker for entry level pads.

As noted in the description, this is a compression style shirt, so it will fit very snug. The fabric is of good quality and should last through a lot of rides. The padding is flexible, yet protective. It should help lower the severity of any injuries involving falls on shoulders or ribs. I recommend it!
