Direct replacement for original OEM. Looks like MOPAR consolidated a few part numbers under this one. I went to dealer for a replacement and this is what they showed me - but for $30!!! Buy here and save.

16 ram 6.4 hemi . Caused my upper radiator hose to collapse. Put old one back on. Doesn't collapse. Apparently you just need to fix it with an old part cause a new one is junk.

This will fit a 2015 ram eco diesel - you will need to remove the old screen on the coolant reservoir.
