I don’t even see the water in the slightest for movement when vibration switches on.Would not recommend. Having to always use the steamer as a way to loosen debris on my gold jewellery and a toothbrush should only be secondary. I would expect for a unit at this price to have better vibration quite honestly sadly sorry to say my return has passed, otherwise I’d be sending this thing back. It sucks to put up mildly. I wonder even if if I get a hold of the Manufacture and asked him if I can return it with your credit me even something and buy a better unit on principal I’d have wished this unit was better in vibration Cycles. But it is not I’m gonna try to get a hold of them and see what happens but to say again that is for sure

I bought this for my wife to clean up her wedding band and engagement ring and it works well with a polishing solution in sonicator mode. I have also used it on my Casio G-Shock metal digital watch wrist band to clean up the grime and it works well. The steam function puts out quite a bit of steam. Not sure how much of it is just feeling like I'm cleaning it and how much the sonicate mode cleans things up compared to the steam but when combined our Jewely comes out sparkly. It cleans off oils on sunglasses but does not remove smudges so a microfiber cloth and cleaning solution are still needed for that. Was hoping to just throw in sunglasses as advertised and see them come out perfectly clean with no smudges but that is simply not the case. Overall for jewelry this seems like a good investment to make less trips to our jeweler to perform ring cleaning.

J’ai reçu mon appareil pour nettoyer mes bijoux. Elle est très belle et énorme. Cote ultrasonic, ma petite machine acheter dans le passé à 50$ je trouve qu’elle nettoie mieux, et on voit les ultra son, j’ai fait le test de la feuille d’aluminium la petite perfore, mais la grosse non. Pour la section vapeur ces vraiment impressionnant. WoW. Ça cleans. Si ça serais à refaire j’achetais que la machine à vapeur. Mais en gros je regrette pas trop.

This is my second one but the girst didn’t have the ultrasonic too. So I love that! The steam is the same as my first one- works well but I get a lot of water around the counter. So be sure you have room and a towel handy. But man diamonds really sparkle and my gold looks great!

I love love love this, the picture defiantly does not do the GemOro justice, after I took my rings out of the cleaner for the first time they looked better but still not as shiny as I knew they could be that was because there was so much lotion and hard water on my rings, I watched a video and someone suggested when you have rings that dirty you first take a toothbrush, and some dish soap and go over your rings including the under side where the diamonds are set then rinse it and leave them in a cup of warm water ( I used hot, from my water dispenser) and leave your rings in the water for five minutes that way and grime and build up can loosen up, I did that then used my GenOro again and vola my rings looked brand new again even the silver was shiny so happy I purchased this, my only complaint would be it was bigger than I expected but other than that I love it, totally worth the money also when I purchased it Amazon had a suggestion that when people buy this they also purchase Gem & Jewelry Cleaner concentrate by Blitz to use in your water that the rings sit in very happy I did. I was leary of spending so much money on a jewelry cleaner however in the end it is an great investment.

I purchased this device to clean my wife’s rings and earrings. It worked great for two years then it stopped working. Instead of steam coming out of the nozzle, it spits hot water in huge spurts and is very dangerous. Not worth the high price tag given the relatively short life span.

Received this and was so excited, read the entire instructions plus watched a video, pulled out the jewelry and I started. First use, absolutely perfect and my rings looked gorgeous. Second use, the steam power light did not come on, however, steam ready light came on immediately, so I thought no biggy, right? The sonic cleaner worked perfect, the steamer perfect,,,,then I went to power off by switch and it didn't turn off, uh......oh....I had to unplug completely. Okay, I'm thinking, what is going to happen next. I'm returning the unit and look for another somewhere. Maybe this is just one of those things when you buy something new. The unit did fabulous. It was so handy and I'm disappointed it didn't work out for me.

Had this for a month now and I have not had any issues. I was not sure what to expect based on other reviews, but since it was prime eligible I figured what the heck.No issues with machine out of the box. Brand new.Easy set up. Smaller than i expected which is great Takes up less room. Still plenty big cleaner and steam reservoir. Clenaed about 15 peices of jewelry first time and did not run out of steam.Ultrasonic sounds good. I have no way to measure the frequency of the cleaner other than it sounds just like the full size machines I use to clean guns. The dog left the room as soon as I turned it on, so it seems to actually use ultrasonic waves, not just vibrating like some cheap machines do.Steam works great, a little residue with the first spray, but that should be expected. Very controllable valve for regulating amount of steam. Push down all the way and the jewelry flies right out of the tweezers.(Close nearby drains, don't ask why)Cleans just as well as taking it to the local jeweler. I used some Blitz cleaner concentrate, just a little in the water to help clean and it worked perfect. Little blast of steam after that and perfection.The only downside is that it is so easy and fast, less than 10 min from turning it on to done that my wife wants her earrings and ring done every week. Had to find a place for it to stay out instead of emptying it and storing it.

I agree with another reviewer that you need to read the instructions. I recommend watching a Youtube video on the Gemoro Ultraspa before reading the instructions. Once you see how it works, it is simple to use and the instructions make more sense. You need to know to avoid: emeralds, opals, pearls and jade to name a few of the softer gem stones listed. Glued stones are to be avoided. The instructions go over that. But any cleaning method for diamonds would be inappropriate for these more delicate gems. The results are impressive. I could not be happier. The gold sparkles as do the gem stones. Gold chains look new. The results match my favorite jeweler. The machine is light weight but sturdy, holds quite a number of pieces in the ultrasonic tank. I covered the bottom of the basket with jewelry and they all cleaned nicely. I was pleased how quickly I could clean all my jewelry. It is roughly 10" wide by 10" deep and 11" high.
