GEMEK Double shielded coaxial extension cable made of low loss S-LMR400 sized pure copper coax cable.
Specifications:
- Connector 1: SMA Male plug 50 ohm
- Connector 2: SMA Female plug 50 ohm
- Length: 50 feet(16 Meters)
- Impedance: 50 Ohm
- Coax: Double shielded Low-loss S-MR400 size (10.3mm/0.4 inch diameter)
- Operating temperature : -20°C ~ +70°C.
- Minimum bending radius is only 2.44 inches.
- 90 degree bends in one inch or less without loss.
S-LMR-400:
S-MR400 is an excellent cable for runs up to 50-70 feet in WiFi and Cellular use,
and provides superior performance for HF/VHF/UHF installation up to 250 feet.
S-MR400 Coax is the same size as RG-8U or RG-213 cable, 0.405 inches in diameter.
A larger cable means a much larger center conductor and supports better signal retention for higher frequency use.
S-MR400 assemblies are a drop-in replacement for RG-8/9913 Air-Dielectric type Cable and are ideal for Jumper Assemblies in Wireless Communications Systems,
Short Antenna Feeder runs, and any application requiring an easily routed, low loss RF cable.
Application:
Use to connect SMA radio sources such as modem, routers, WiFi Signal Booster Repeater, etc.
to the female SMA connector found on many external fixed mount antennas (e.g. fiberglass omni-directional, directional panel, sector), receivers, meters and radio transmitters.

This is a pretty simple product but the first one I got had a bent end. Package wasn't damaged or anything so I thought this might turn into a pain to get corrected. One quick email to Amazon and what do you know? A new one was sent and arrived in a few days, no questions asked. Sure it was a little inconvenience but it was resolved very quickly. Things will happen every now and then so it's good to know Amazon will be there for you. By the way, product works very well. Thanks Amazon!

I bought this cable for the purpose of extending the reach of the coaxial cable coming out of the wall in my apartment. When it arrived, I found that the heads of the cable are way too small. The description is misleading and based on the feel of it, it's cheap garbage. Do not buy this if you're trying to do the same thing I was. Feels like a scam.

A bit stiff but with connectors it completed my internet hot spot.

As some reviewers have mentioned it is a fairly stiff coax. The center conductor of LMR is solid and thicker than most common coax cables. This is good electrically but not always the most convenient to work with. Its best for a fixed installation especially if you have a long distance between your transceiver and antenna.

I bought this to connect an antenna in my attic to my SDRplay RSPdx. It replaced an RG-59U cable with F connectors and adapters. It I saw a significant improvement with this cable over my cheap extension. The cable is stiffer than I expected and feels like a very good quality cable. IMHO it is definitely worth the money.

So I have a TV antenna, and wanted to extend the reach to put it up higher. So when I saw "Antenna" on this, I figured it was the right size. IT IS NOT. The TV antenna cable uses the same coax size as the TV cable that comes out the wall. This is significantly smaller, and is probably designed for some other type of antenna. Fortunately, I have a friend who can use it, so it's not a complete waste.

Broke within a week of just patrol. I weaved the wire through my plate carrier from the radio to the antenna and in one week of just patrol it broke. I was sending traffic and no one would respond. I though something happened. I just couldn't imagine that the wire broke. There was no signal loss though, it functioned perfect for that one week. I returned it. If I knew it wouldn't brake again I would order another one.2 stars, only because I could recommend this to someone that is planning to have the wire stationary and not on them.
