I liked the concept for a bolo tie, plus an opal setting is hard for me to resist. When I got it, I noticed the opal is just Mylar under a plastic dome, the metal doesn’t seem like it’ll stay gold if it wears on anything. This feels like it’s made for a costume rather than a special piece of jewelry. I wouldn’t but this again.

This bolo tie is so cute. It is easy to adjust, but stays in place. It seems high quality. I think it is a great length as well. I would definitely recommend this bolo toe

Have gotten several compliments. Looks more Bronze toned as it was said to be than the very pinkish color it looked on my screen but still has a nice pink tone to it, just more subtle. The braided leather like strap is waxed and tightly woven. The decorative ends have a nice weight to them to keep them from moving about too much. Very gentle pendulum like movement. Moth itself is not heavy or noticeable weight wise, strap is comfortable around neck, and Moth stays at whatever spot you adjust it to without sticking or sliding. Not strenuous to adjust. Great versatile accent. Witchy yeehaw

Teen asked for this, and was not disappointed. Wore it yesterday as part of a cosplay for Planet Comicon. They especially love the details on the moth.

This bolo tie is decent for casual wear but not ideal for formal occasions. The design is unique, and the gold moth with opal detail looks nice, but the overall quality feels more like a fashion accessory than a serious bolo tie. It works if you're going for a Western-inspired look for a casual event, but if you need something more authentic and high-quality, you might want to look elsewhere.

Nice looking bolo tie. Perhaps not heirloom quality, but looks and wears just fine. I just started wearing bolo ties with the Western style vests I wear, and this is a nice addition to my modest collection of bolo ties.I ordered the “Silver Moth Bolo TIe.” The size of the piece is a bit wider than 2” and a bit shorter than 2” It wears well and the cord is certainly long enough for me and I am taller than most. The metal looks fine. Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s some zinc alloy that might have a silver colored plating. It’s not really shiny like polished stainless steel or chrome would be, although not exactly the same look as sterling silver with a natural patina would have either. Still, it looks good.The “hand braided leather type material” is certainly braided, although I doubt any animal contributed to the production of this leather. It has a lot of stretch to it, much more than a natural leather braided cord I have. But again, for this application and price point I’m happy with it.This is an attractive bolo tied for an attractive price. I think it looks good on me and I certainly will recommend this bolo tie.

This is super cute. The quality is rather good. The cording feels like real leather, not sure if it is but I wouldn't be able to tell with how it is. The length is good, it's not flopping around and it's not too short.I'd say this is well worth it!
