I use these extension cords and jacks with my headphones for my digital piano and CD PLAYER. Good sound quality. The coiled phone type cord works well for moving around my small living space.

I loved this, long and durable for the first 3 months of usage. I bought this to prevent my other audio cable from being stretched or damaged. But after 3 months, it started to buzz. Within a week after that, the buzzing got unbarable.So if you're looking for cheap and short term cable usage. Get this. But I'd like something longer lasting honestly.

Update 15 months later:These completely solved my headphone wire too short yanking problem. I attached a magnetic wire keeper to a specific length and attached that to a metal stand that I keep my headphones on. This way I always have exactly the right working length of cord. The remainder is tucked neatly away. Perfection. Would buy again if needed as it's been extremely helpful. Quality is there.Original Review:This is not the old school 70's coiled headphone wires that will survive the apocalypse, but it's little baby cousin. Still helpful, still fit my purpose. The gauge of cord is about the same as those coiled key rings that bank tellers keep on their arm so they don't lose their cash box key. Like I said, good enough for my purpose but hardly the mac daddy of audio cables. Be gentle and she just might leave the party with who brung her.I hope this review was helpful, thanks for taking the time to read it.

This headphone extension kit is decently constructed and has worked very well. It comes with a "coil cord" extension that according to the specs, can reach up to 18 feet. I have only used it at about 10 feet, but, there was lots of extension to spare. It also contains a 1/8" TRS to 1/4" TRS adapter and stereo Y splitter allowing connection of two sets of headphones (1/8").Everything works nicely and at the current price of $12.99 is a good value in my opinion.

They do work for anything, sure made me happy, have one of those little sound enhancers and I just put that close to my tv hook it up to my headphones with all that extra cord and wala. Not expensive and I only use it at night so I don't disturb anyone.

I am sure GE has been making this exact coil cable (albeit various lengths) for over 40 years now. I have owned this cable many times over throughout my life. I've lost it and misplaced it for that long too! So I kinda knew what I was getting from Amazon in this GE coiled stereo extension cable. Some reviewers have attempted to bash it. For reasons I have no idea why. Perhaps there is a sublingual link there, somewhere, to their own product. I can tell you this... GE was born out of a merger between Thomas Edison’s Edison Electric Company and the Thomson-Houston Electric Company in 1892. General Electric had been founded as the Edison Electric Light Company in 1878 by Thomas Alva Edison to market his incandescent lamp and other later products. So you see there is some history here! It is not just a Chinese knockoff, unfortunately it has been delegated to China for mass production, like almost everything else.I obtained the coil cable kit, hooked it up to my Grace SDAC and 02 Headphone Amplifier stack, then to my 2019 Macbook Pro. Pumped up some Tidal and gave it a go. Pure harmonic bliss! No line interference whatsoever. Excellent separation on my closed backs Sony MDR-1AM2 Headphones. Like magic they came alive. Breathing deep and accurate bass tone through mids and finally highs. Make no mistake, this cable does what is promised for a mere ten bucks. It gives me, or you potential buyer, the freedom to never have to worry again about turning around or to the left or right reflex forgetting the headphones are on my head. No more fear of tugging, dislodging or damaging my audio equipment ports or headphones! No more worries! The last and perhaps best part is being able to connect to my recently upgraded Pioneer Elite VSX-LX503. Coupled to my recently upgraded LG OLED C9 55 inch HDTV. It all works no matter the connections. We audiophiles are a strange group to most regular folk. They have no idea of what "critical listening" means. That is in large part to the thanks of "GE', founded in 1878.
