Had a valve that was leaking and burping the tank would not fix. Not just weeping. This did the trick. It is a replacement item for the original OEM version, so be aware if that is important to you.From the outer end of the threads that screw into the tank to the end of the probe measured 5" on mine. As long as you have enough space, this should work. Brass body seemed free of defects (no pitting, voids, bad threading, etc. was visible).Tag under the valve lever says it is rated at 99.6C, which converts to 211F. So, it will work on your Imperial RV - you don't have to swap it for a Metric RV.Came with a small length of teflon tape to seal the threads properly. Ready to install.

Not much to say about it but installed easily and as expected and is working perfectly! The valve has also been tested a few times and works right. Can’t go wrong here!
