I followed the size chart and even sized down because I acually wanted these to keep my knee compression sleeves from rolling down. It was immediately clear these are way too stretchy, and instead of holding the knee sleeves up, the knee sleeves easily pulled the garter down. Looked cute and probably would have been comfortable, but not functional for holding anything up. The clips were good quality though.

I got this for use with the plus sized long socks I also have bought from this store. The thigh belts that come with their long socks don't work well for my body. So I wanted to get something to keep my thigh highs on my thighs. Was comfortable to wear and fit well. So I'll say the size chart is accurate, check your measurements and go with the suggestions. They're easy to use and holds up fro wear. I wore them for 4 hours
