It was packaged with a key in the lock, it got bent and jammed in the lock during shipping. Only one key is usable. Otherwise, an excellent product and I would buy it again.

The product itself is ok but if you are not mechanically inclined, installation is a challenge. The template provided is not directionally accurate. I would not recommend this product to anyone but a very handy person.

Took a lot of adjusting and reinstalling to get it right. Still needs a little manipulation to work.

No instructions, missing a mounting bolt, no hole diagram so it was basically "Drill and hope you got it right"

The key is next to impossible to turn to open the lock from outside. I tried for fifteen minutes tonight to open this lock before finally going through the house to the inside of the garage. I am ordering a replacement (not that brand) tonight.
