I ordered these because they are supposed to be quieter than regular pellets. They didn't fit in my gun which was disappointing. Even more disappointing was that Gamo would not help when I contacted them and advised me to deal with Amazon. I ordered a replacement but they do not fit either. This is the first time I have ever encountered this problem, I have owned my pellet rifle for years and never had an issue with any other brand of ammo

Approximately one third of the Gamo Whisper Pellets were so deformed that they couldn't be chambered. Others were excessively tight or loose. They are remarkably inaccurate. While the heavy weight of these pellets does seem to keep the noise under the sound barrier and thus quieter, it doesn't matter when the target can't be hit. I have used a variety of Gamo pellets without problems but these are going in the trash.

Thought I would try these out to see how they shoot in my 1389 carbine. I am a little disappointed in the grouping. 3/4" @ 10 yards. Crosman Premier Super Match pellets put them all inside 1/4" @ 10 yards. I will see if another one of my guns will do better with them. At least they were not expensive.

I buy the heaviest in the caliber. Heavy penetrates better than light weight when the medium is tissue/flesh. They have an occasional flyer, as all do in a standard Ruger break barrel air gun.

This is a nice precision manufactured pellet that is quite as the name suggests. Compared back to back with a lighter weight pellet, the whisper laced the crack of the standard pellet. I plan to order more, but the exorbitant price is disappointing.
