...the quality of the construction and components leave something to be desired.I use this bag for catering delivery orders, and the size is great. I can fit about 4 or 5 square pizza boxes or 3 circular sub trays.I like the material on the exterior. It is an easy-to-clean synthetic, which seems to be of decent quality. However, the interior houses two exposed seams which is less than ideal and it arrived with a number of untrimmed threads on the inside and out. The sew-in of the trim is not good, with some stitches completely missing the trim all together, and in some areas the trim is doubled up (see pic).Within a few occasions of using it to transport hot food, the steam vent grommets began to rust on the inside. It's not a good choice to use a metal that will rust, in an area intended to release steam, without some type of coating or sealant.I like the material of the handles and the presence of additional side handles but the design isn't great. The straps/handles don't continue under the bottom of the bag; they're sewn in at the bottom edge seam. It would help the structure and durability of the bag to have that additional support across the bottom. The red velcro handle gripper at the top seems pretty pointless. I couldn't think of any scenario where you'd need to separate the handles, as the bag opens from the front, not the top.The zippers aren't great. It's always takes some finesse and wiggling to get them to move. What adds to the challenge are the folds in the sides of the bag, from shipping and storage, especially when the bag isn't full.I would have preferred a black option.

I like this bag it looks good and clean. Looks even better than the pizza bags I see at various Pizza Stores. Keeps food hot. I have not use it for any cold food yet, so far it's mostly used for pizza. I been using this bag for about a month. I don't know how durable the bag will be, but as long as the bag doesn't tear, zipper don't get mess up, and handle strap don't fall apart, then it's super good.

4/2020: Sold this extra bag (which arrived after my 1st choice due to back order) to a coworker who needed to replace his too-small delivery bag. Keeps up to 6-7 pizzas hotter/warmer for 10-15 minutes longer than our black, fabric insulated bags at work. Holds its rectangular shape (doesn't collapse as much) once broken in compared to New Star equivalent.12/2021: Came back to Amazon to purchase 2 bags for multiple reasons but no longer available. The foil lining in this FSE IPDB-618R model that I sold to co-worker holds up FAR BETTER to normal sliding of boxes than NSF 50134 model. Also when empty, doesn't collapse as easily so quicker to reload, remove/rotate pizzas, and re-zip as side-loader when multiple orders are in 1 bag.

I used this to carry food platters to a funeral. It worked great. I made ice bags with rubbing alcohol and water and the bag kept the food cold throughout the four hour wake (we switched out platters every hour and a half). You have to load it on its side, so you cannot use the handles. But we just grabbed the edge of the bag and it worked fine.

Big enough to carry a few 16 inchers, and it works beautifully for keeping the pies hot for about 2 hours if necessary. The vent hole does a great job of not allowing condensation to build up too. Lastly, the zippers are heavy duty and well stitched, so you won't have to worry about broken zippers or torn stitches.

I purchased this bag because we were tired of grabbing pizza to have Friday nights and it being cold by the time we made it home. This bag is great, it's super big, holding 5 pizzas, and the handles make it very easy to carry. I also use it for grabbing fast food. It keeps fries hot and burgers fresh! Definitely buy if you like eating hot food. I also used it to put my husband's blizzard in it. It stayed pretty solid considering we live in Florida.
