Inner diameter is not 15mm..... so don't order if you need it at that measurement. The outer sleeve is 15mm but the bearing and inner sleeve is more like 14 and some change. Needless to say they didn't fit

I used these hubs to repair the crappy wheels that I purchased at harbor freight.Once the harbor freight wheel hubs broke out of the center of the wheels, these hubs fit perfectly. The 15mm bearing is a little bit of an issue to adapt to a 5/8 (16mm) shaft that is on my gorilla kart. But a grinder, a file and sand cloth to take off 1mm was not a big deal.Then you have to drill two new holes in the wheels to accommodate the change in the pattern but well worth the effort.
