This was a tricky installation but there was a good video on YouTube which helped a lot. I worked on it for several hours. One of the last steps was pushing down on the window in order to engage the plastic "snap" retainer clips which pass through holes at the bottom edge or the glass. There is one on each edge of the bottom. I was relieved that I was almost done. I gently pushed down on one side of the glass to engage the clip. The clip on that side snapped in just like it should. But at the same time, the snap portion of the clip on the other side broke. I did everything right. It shouldn't have broke. I was very frustrated at the thought of having to order another one, take it all apart again and put it together again. I wanted to scream. I feel like the whole assembly I bought had been setting in a warehouse for a long, long time and maybe the plastic clips had grown brittle with age which caused the one to break. Just my guess. I've worked on cars for a long time and know better than to force things and I used what I call "gentle force" to try and engage the clips. The good news is that instead of getting a new assembly and going through all that again, I just drilled a hole through the plastic retainer and secured it through the hole in the glass with a cable tie and finished putting things back together. It works fine.

Perfect fit, great price. On a side note, whoever designed this at Dodge needs their engineering card pulled. This was an extremely difficult part to install. One of the gard things I've ever worked on in a car. So be prepared to cuss, shout, throw tools cause this will test your patience
