The product was great, but the packaging was terrible and the item arrived broken. This is a ceramic piece that was wrapped in very thin bubble wrap and improper packaging. Update: The replacement arrived in perfect condition; however, it was still shipped in the same packaging. I suggest this company provide extra padding or foam to protect this item when shipping.

I ordered this for an elderly friend. It arrived broken. I did not wish to add stress by asking her to return the item. Very disappointed.

I bought this for our amazing neighbors. It came looking just perfect and ready to be gifted. We use a tiny section of their back yard to walk to my mothers and I wanted to give them stepping stones to put there or wherever since they are so very kind to let us walk there.
