They saucer/coasters are perfect for a variety of succulents I received into and in 2 1/4 inch pots. I have them on a wooden windowsill and wanted to make certain water would leak onto the wood and these fit the bill.

I use these under small succulent pots to catch the water and prevent dirt from falling out of the drainage hole. They are shallow but succulents don't need a lot of water. Just watch the amount you pour in or it will spill over. They arrived promptly, all in good shape and they look good under the pots. A plus is that they don't break if they fall to the floor. Good price. This is the second time that I've purchased this product.

*DISCLAIMER: OWL POTS AND SUCCULENTS WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE TRAYS*I call these things trays, but I'm seeing that a lot of people call them saucers hmm. Anyway, these are a must buy if you're looking into buying the owl pots that the description above states.Functionability: It does it's job! It's big enough for the owl pots (or even slightly bigger pots) to fit, and there's a bit of extra room in case water or soil starts to leak. It hasn't happened to me yet, but better safe than sorry when it comes to keeping your counters clean!Aesthetics: I love the bamboo look! It looks clean, and it has a slight gleam that makes it look polished.Texture: The cuts are clean with no ragged edges, and the texture is pretty smooth all around. I will, however, say that the inner edges of the trays may have slight pieces of wood that aren't necessarily sharp, but they stick out. I simply took them out by pulling on them, which makes the edges look nice and even easily.Conclusion: These are indeed the solution for the owl pots.

These work perfectly as drip saucer under the little succulent owl pots. The little larger whimsical Owl pots are a tiny bit big for these, but still can be used. My only comment is I think they are overpriced. I think 6 of these for $9.99 is a bit high. I bought two sets to go under my owl pots.
