Yes, it is wrinkled but I expect that from Free people because of the boho style. It’s very short so I have to wear shorts underneath. The white is a little see through but not overly. I love the frills. It’s very feminine.

This dress is so cute, it is very short and a bit transparent so I paired with linen short shorts underneath but the boho chic vibes are impeccable. Just ordered in black as well!
