This fan clutch works! It sounds like a tornado when you first start the motor but it quickly slows to normal. I like that sound! I went 2 years putting up with the inadequate original, so that sound is music to my ears

Bought a few cheap ones and made my xterra sound like a Mac truck. This one is loud at start up, but sounds normal after a minute.

Me disgusto no poder tener la pieza correcta de este provedor ya que lo encargue fos veses y las dos veses me mandaron algo que nada wue ver con la foto de lo que muestranAparte que me informan wue es compatible con la nissan xterra 2007 y no es compatible

This is the one you want. My 2nd time replacing the fan clutch. First time the replacement clutch made my truck sound like a big rig & caused amazing gas mileage loss. This clutch quieted the noise and put my gas mileage back on track. No need to wonder if this one will make the truck loud, "It Won't". This is the one you want.

I originally gave it 5 stars because it seemed to be working fine... now it does not work properly, it only works when I start the car in the morning and that's it, it does not engage when hot, I tested it, the fan spins freely the same way whether it's cold or hot, it should not move that easily when the engine is hot, I bought it in September, installed it in October... I'll have to buy another one.

for my 2013 Frontier, the original clutch failed with a horrible grinding noise. Back in February I purchased a cheaper KOOLMAN clutch from Amazon, trying to save a buck. Sometimes you get exactly what you pay for. That clutch blew all the time, causing a loud near constant roar, making my truck sound like a jet engine. That clutch, which is no longer available on Amazon, was awful and cost about a third less than this Four Seasons clutch. So I replaced it again and what a difference. The operation is perfect and the fit was on target. Recommend this product highly.
