I purchased this to replace my 14kt yellow gold and genuine diamond nose bone because mine stuck up and tended to get caught on things easily. My old one was an 18g so I was concerned this one would fall out easily being that it is a 22g. Obviously it went in easily (my old one didn't come out easily though...ouch!) I've had it in for 3 days and it feels very secure. It does lay flatter on my nose and has a nice sparkle but it is tiny. I can only wear real gold in my piercings and this has not irritated my nose so I do believe it is real white gold. The only complaint I have is it does not have a teardrop shaped ball as pictured. It has the regular ball on the end.Overall I'm happy with it and got a good deal on it during Prime Days.

This is the cutest little nose ring. I wanted something very small and this is perfect. The quality is great and even though the stone is small, it is very shiny and sparkly. The post is a great length, not too long. I’ve had no irritation from the metal and it has held up very well with no sign of wear or tarnish.

This listing is absolutely false!!! This is not "22k solid gold" as they claim - it is a plating most likely (if any gold at all) and the metal inside is CHEAP and not safe for body jewelry! As you can see by my pic, this stud rusted in half - it broke while in my piercing. I was starting to react to the metal and my nose was feeling hot and sore, and as I went to remove the piercing to see if there was an infection it snapped in half. I was VERY lucky I didn't inhale the broken off post!!! It did cause a small infection from the cheap, rusted metal beneath the "gold". Save your money and get something better from somewhere else, this body jewelry is UNSAFE, NOT HYGIENIC, and potentially DANGEROUS when IT BREAKS AND RUSTS!!!Never buying from this seller again!!!

I wanted to like it. I really did! I Needed something that was not going to irritate my skin and cause a reaction as most jewelry does such as stainless or sometimes sterling silver. I was so happy to find an affordable gold piece! However, it was so tiny - the stone did not shine or sparkle at all. I have plastic earrings for the times that I need to wear something that isn't metal, and they have more sparkle. The metal itself was kind of dull for gold, and not shiny. The length was short , which can be good but can be a problem because it comes out easily. I lost it so many times I eventually stopped wearing it after a week. I kept losing it. & as I said, it had no sparkle, no shine, no luster, it was a disappointment to me so it looked cheap and not cute and classy. I felt like it was a dirty, old, grungy piercing and it was an eye sore. I feel like it was a waste of money.
