Upon opening the package, my first impression is WOW! and Holly! It's huge - much bigger than what I envision from the product picture! Takes 10 minutes to assemble the first time following instructions and then test for water leak, which there was none.Don't know how to begin. If this dispenser is shined by some warm ceiling light, I can almost see the lights reflecting (or refracting). Almost like a giant diamond or water crystal! It's mesmerizing to look at it from one side to another. The wood base and cap are solid. The base is quite heavy which leads me to believe it's solid wood. I can't wait to explore all sorts of beverage and blended tea possibilities! Even though there is no room, I will make one just for this beautiful dispenser!

This is great if you’re have people coming over or if you are going somewhere for a small event and want to provide a complimentary beverage for those is attendance. I don't usually write reviews but this glass dispenser deserve it! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was something special. The glass is thick, and the acacia wood base adds a really classy touch. It look perfect on my counter top and I even received a compliment from a gust how beautiful it is.The spigot installation was quick and easy-just a couple of turns and it was ready to go.It's a bit pricier than some others out there, but you're definitely getting what you pay for. If you looking for something high-quality and beautiful, I highly recommend this one!

I have several large bev dispensers for parties, and this one is the #1 in terms of beauty, thickness of glass, valves and seals (no leaks) and absolute craftsmanship... The wooden base is beautiful and looks like exotic hardwood sanded to a 420 grit.. super fine. My friends were like.. wow, where'd you get this?? I want one! Generous volume and beyond aesthetically pleasing.

The dispenser itself is attractive but the spigot worked for a week and then the water went from flowing to dripping to nothing. The spigot is clear of any debris. I’ve only used water without any additives. The spigot is plastic and overall design of it is either defective or poorly designed. I’m hoping the seller sends me a replacement to swap out and see if it fixes the problem. Otherwise it’s useless to just hold water to look at.
