Nice mat for use with our elliptical machine. It dampens some of the vibration and collects any sweat that drips off us as we workout.The size is perfect for our small space.

I purchased this mat to protect my floors while using my treadmill and exercise equipment, and while it’s definitely sturdy, I’ve had some issues with it not staying completely flat. Despite several attempts to flatten it out, it still has some curl to it, which became a problem when the treadmill caused a hole to form.While the mat is thick and durable, which is great for protection, I’m now hesitant to continue using it due to the hole and the difficulty in getting it to stay flat.

I got this foldable treadmill mat to go underneath my foldable treadmill. The running pad of the treadmill lifts up to meet the arms of the treadmill and thus it takes up half its regular footprint. So, how perfect is it to have a treadmill mat under it that also folds up with it! This way, I can fold up the mat and it won’t be sticking out for me to trip over as I walk past the treadmill. It’s really an ingenious solution! The size of it is perfect, too, as it’s just a little wider and longer than my treadmill, so it completely supports it as well as protects the floor beneath it.The mat is 6mm thick PVC and is very sturdy with just a little resilience to it. It is shock and vibration absorbing as well. It provides a smooth and flat surface for my treadmill. It is also waterproof and easy to wipe clean. If I wasn’t using it for my treadmill, it would be a great mat to use under my weight bench for lifting weights – protecting my floor if I drop one! Then I could just fold it and store it in its 15” x 13” footprint. Love how handy this is!

My last equipment mat was about one half the thickness of this one and rolled up, but I found that after a few months, my exercise bike had started to wear away the plastic and foam beneath the legs. It also didn't provide much cushioning if I wanted to use it as an exercise mat.I was able to cut this fold-able mat, so the larger portion fit better under my bike and I'm using the smaller piece for cushioning beneath my feet and knees during stretching. I like that it is sectioned in squares that can be cut apart for numerous sizes as needed. It can also be folded up, lies flat and slides under my bed when I'm not using it, so it's easier to store than having to roll up a mat and tie it. Very versatile.

This is exactly what I needed for the walking pad treadmill! Instead of ruining your fragile floors, do yourself a favor and get one of these floor pads. I like this one in particular because it’s foldable, meaning you can semi-customize the size that you need for your machine. I folded back the top two squares to fit my machine and room size better. It grips the floor well and I’m so thankful for it!

This workout mat seems a little expensive, but it does the job! I got this for a walking pad (mini treadmill) and wanted to protect my flooring. Turns out I didn't need it as the walking pad didn't have any contact to the floor but still I am using it just in case! It is thicker than I anticipated, which isn't a bad thing! It can be used with pretty much any other portable workout equipment. This is the perfect size for the walking pad, though. I have no complaints, it is easy to clean!

So what you see is what you get with this. It is a foldable mat to protect your floors from your walking pad, elliptical etc. I think it would be too small for a full sized treadmill so make sure to check the dimensions before ordering. I got it for our walking pad. I wanted something that could be put away easily since our walking pad is also put away when not in use. It folds up nicely and it does its job of protecting our floors. It has decent grip to where it's not sliding around. Personally I think at full price it's a little overpriced; I think $30 would be a fair price.
