I tried mine yesterday and it worked great. Easy to use, takes up almost no space, and clamped on my rain very well. Pulled a few pots with it and it is defiantly worth the money.

Works like a charm, no complaints at all. Installed easily on the boat rail, and I have it tightened just enough so I can push it to the underside of the rail when I dont need it.
