Our 1.8-density foam has a compression rate of 44 pounds and a 100 % recovery rate. That means affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.

Whether you are looking for a thick or thin quality foam material, we've got you covered with our custom cuts and large variety. Make sure you measure twice, order once! The measurements you should record are the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. If you need help determining the correct size, we will be happy to assist you!

Our foam is ideal for couch cushion filling, stuffing for crafts, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools, and DIY headboards. They're also great to use in your RV and camper or as a cushion foam for boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. If you need to transport fragile items, place a foam sheet in a carry case for extra cushioning to prevent breakage.

Your package may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Once you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or a pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. The foam should be fully expanded within 72 hours.

This cushion foam is sturdy yet soft and comfy. It cuts easily. The foam is so much better than what you find at fabric stores. I highly recommend it.

Purchased this to create comfortable seat and storage cube. Used a bread knife to cut to size and wrapped with fabric. Very comfortable to sit on and was easy to work with. Good quality material, but if possible, cut it outside as there is some dust. Or, perhaps wear a mask

I sewed a cushion with a channel for sciatic or pelvic relief. Cut foam down the middle making two halves. But, each half can't support. Need to find a higher density foam that won't settle down so fast. Flattens down to about 1 or 2 cm near sit bones.

I’m using this as a seat cushion so I don’t have to spend $1000 on a home office chair that doesn’t make me an invalid. It helps, but by the end of a 10 hour sitting session my body’s still stuck at a 90 degree angle. Needs a little more cushion.

I bought one of these for my desk chair as it didn't have much in the way of padding, though I wasn't expecting much because of the more-than-reasonable price. I was very pleasantly surprised — the cushion is just firm enough to provide a soft seat, and even though it has gotten a *lot* of use, it still immediately springs back into its normal shape. I'm definitely going to buy this brand when I need cushions in the future.
