My 11 year old is totally into martial arts. He loves anything that is even sorta-ninja related. I wanted to find a Bo staff that wouldn't destroy my house while he practices with it, and I found it! This Bo staff is sturdy and is also surrounded with this high quality foam so when my son fumbles it as he's practicing a new move, it doesn't hurt the things (or people) around him! Because he can use it at home without worrying about breaking things, he had practiced a LOT and he has gotten really good very quickly and picked up a ton of confidence! With all its use, I wondered if the foam would start to wear, but no! It looks like it's brand new still! Mind blown! The quality of this piece is worth every penny and then some! My son is 5'1" and I got him the 5' staff.

This bo staff is very well made. It has a foam cushion that is great quality and made to last. Very sturdy and comes with a nice carrying case. Perfect for my son to practice and training.

This Bo Staff is great quality. The foam padding around it makes it easy to use without hurting your hands! Comes with carrying case, so you can carry multiple things at once. Also, came super fast! Overall, would recommend it to anybody in the martial arts community!
