Amazing Clamp Multimeter! Super Accurate - Easy to Use and Versatile! I'm a home DIY'er and this thing has everything I need.One thing that I love about this tool is its ability to record and monitor power spikes on a graph as it's being used on the screen! It was something I didn't even know these tools could do until I did some testing on circuits! Very versatile and informative.The quality of the materials are top-notch. It's incredibly easy to use, the screen is bright and an be read in almost any environment. And I'm super impressed with its versatility. You really can't go wrong with this Digital Clamp Multimeter.

The FNIRSI DMC-100 is an accurate multi meter with some cool features. The time graph and power display go way beyond what you expect to find on a meter in this price range.Some of the best features are the clear color display and the rechargeable battery. The min and max readings are also useful. The NCD and live wire mode are very responsive. All the readings were quite accurate.Not everything is great though. The manual doesn’t really describe how to use the advanced features. I had to look at some YouTube videos to figure out how to really use the meter. And once I did figure things out I was mostly happy with it. Like others I didn’t receive a temperature probe but I have some so it wasn’t a big deal for me. Not including a case seems like a mistake since the display can be easily scratched.

* Update: I wrote to FNIRSI as per the instruction manual and they replied that a replacement needs to come from Amazon. I went through that process and the replacement (in a FNIRSI sealed package) is still missing the temperature probe that the listing says is included and is required for the temperature measurement feature. So no temperature measurements for me, and no help from support. Removed one star for this non-resolution.This is a very nice clamp style multi-meter that has a built-in rechargeable battery.It comes with a very nice set of test leads, better than many other multimeters in this price range.I tested all the measurement functions and they were all within 1% of my reference lab meter.Some items to note:1. AC & DC Current can only be measured through the clamp. You cannot measure current in-circuit.2. AC & DC Current the meter suffers from interference with the clamp that causes a varying error reading of about 240ma in free air. So this meter is not accurate at small current values.3. Even though the listing shows temperature measurement and indicates there should be a temperature probe, my 1st unit was missing that probe. I wrote to the manufacturer Fnirsi and they said to have the unit replaced through the Amazon platform rather than just sending me the missing item. I will update the review once I receive the replacement.4. The unit lacks a carrying case. This is a significant omission as there is no way to easily store or transport the meter and the leads together.5. The users manual is very terse and does not cover the meter's functions in enough detail to confirm intended operation. As a result there is some debate as to whether the "Data Reset" function actually zeros the current sensing. (I don't think it does)6. There does not appear any way to zero or calibrate the meter. Therefore, especially with the clamp and somewhat with the probes, readings are off especially when measuring small values.Is it a good value? From an accuracy standpoint and build quality it compares to meters costing much more. However additional accessories (at additional cost) may be needed in order to make this a complete package suitable for the toolbox.
