There is no listing on the Givi website about whether this BF29 flange works on a 2019 Kawasaki Ninja 400.It DEFINITELY does but attaching it requires a little thought on how to do this since the flange didn't come with any instructions. First, open the gas tank and rmove the four allen bolts. this will allow you to remove the gas tan door.The existing plastic gas tank decorative flange must be removed and discarded before this new GIVI flange will work. The two tiny screws on the bottom of the removed gas tank door must be removed to get rid of the old plastic flange. Then the two tiny screws must then be re-used to mount the gas tank door on the Givi BF29 flange.NOTE: Put a rag into the now open gas tank opening to prevent the allen bolts from falling into the tank.
