THEN DRILL THE HOLES YOU MARKED WITH A 1/4 INCH DRILL BIT FOR THE HOOD LATCH BOLTS, REINSTALL THE HOOD LATCH, YOU CAN DO THE SAME FOR THE RUBBER STOPS IF YOU WANT TO INSTALL THEM. PLEASE NOTE: TO INSTALL YOU CAN USE RTV CAULK, 2 SIDED TAPE, SCREWS, OR RIVETS. All of our black items ARE coated with the #1 selling brand Herculiner bedliner it’s the only polyurethane and rubber granule bed liner there is. We start with the best diamond plate there is "3003 grade highly polished" then it's prepped to accept the rubberized coating. We apply by roller 1 thick layer then let it dry for 48 hrs before we wrap them for sale.

Perfect fit. Had to to drill holes for latch but not a big deal to mark from the bottom once the covers were set into place. The old brackets did not want to come off easily after 20 years and the bolts needed to be ground off. May want to have the replacements on hand before you begin. Looks great against the silver paint.

This product and company is legit. Came in 3 days and went on easy. I Used black rivets for a great finish. I would buy them again and will by other products from them if I can.

What an improvement , they look absolutely AWESOME , my fenders wasn't even rusted , I just added them for thar rugged look and they certainly did that , I love them !!

Looks better than 2 rusty fenders! Just used a wire brush on the rust and treated with rust reformer before drilling a few holes for the hood latches and pop riveted into the fender. Good product to keep my RV toad looking fresh.

A good option for covering typical fender rust on wranglers if you dont want the hassle of buying new ones or completely refurbishing the rusted out areas. Also adds a nice black accent on the body. Installed fairly easy and fit pretty well on my 04 wrangler rubicon. Came with about 16 black rivets, i used 6 on each side. You will have to drill holes for the hood clamp, i also drilled holes for the rubber piece the hood rests on but you could just leave those off if you didnt want the extra hassle. I also had to loosen the plastic fender so the bend could contour the metal. A few things I did not like, the bedliner seems kind of soft and i am worried it might scrape off over time, or perhaps even during high pressure washing (only time will tell) also they did a messy job applying the bedliner, the top was coated well, but there is a bunch on the bottom it would have been nice if they cleaned it off. Also in my opinion slightly over priced, but overall as long as the bedliner stays in tact i am satisfied.

Product arrived after two days of placing the order and it was well packaged. May be too well packaged it took me 5 minutes to get it out of the plastic wrap. I was able to drill the five holds into the aluminum sheet for the hood latch and hood bummer easy enough. The 3/4 inch bend does touch the fender flares but I think it looks great. Attaching the plate to my 2006 Jeep was easy. A few holes drilled through the plate and the fender and I used the included rivets to attach. I only used 6 rivets 16 were supplied.
