Bought this same gasket 18 months ago and has now failed again. I reordered a new gasket (1 of 2) and the metal plate is scuffed up badly and appears as though this is a used or and returned gasket.

It fixed my coolant leak, take the time to draw a diagram and label all of the bolts and pulleys and draw a diagram of the belt routing, it makes life a lot easier when putting all this,back together

Used this to replace my original gasket and it works flawlessly with no leaks.... been on my 08 impala ls for about 3 months now.....seems like it will last for yrs... definitely recommended
