I did not order this horn to install in any vehicle. I ordered it to honk at the Toxic intrusive Narcissistic neighbor(s) in the apartment above mine. Honking to tell them to stop their toxic intrusive behavior.I bungee corded this horn to a milk crate and have it pointed at my ceiling (which is the floor) of the apartment above mine. I hardwired it to a Laptop computer power supply. It is doing good. This horn set Honk's pretty decently at a good audible volume at 12 volts. I like the tone that this horn put's out. It is a much nicer and more pleasant honk than the the motorcycle horn that overheated and quit last week. I am sure if this is connected to 24 volts it will get louder. 12 volts is good for now. I am being careful to not honk it for too long as I don't want it to stop functioning like the last one did. Everyone here is used to it by now and the wall's are quite thick. I will continue to face this head on and not walk away from it. Horn's such as the Double Blue Electric FARBIN, other honking horn's like it, and the bullhorn megaphone's are an absolute necessity as long as the toxic neighbor is in the unit above mine. Ladie's and Gentlemen - not all honking is done from automobile's.

This electric double tube horn requires connections to your 12-24 Volt battery through a switch that you will have to provide.Comes with mounting brackets and hardware for fastening and a product sheet.Having a reliable loud horn sound for safety is important when boating and this is perfect for that purpose.One thing, the horns themselves are made of plastic not metal so, care must be taken where mounting these. The base and mounts are metal and are sturdy to be sure.Excellent value for the price, nice!

These horns are a brute noise maker! Installation was a snap with a relay and positioning was a problem trying to find a suitable location but that was simple enough. The horns are great looking and classy enough although once installed, they are out of sight.I patched into the factory wiring and in no time I had my first ear splitting scream. Yikes! This thing wakes the dead. I am sure the value exceeds the cost of these. I love the added security of alerting other drivers especially when haulig my heavy 35 foot Travel Trailer. For me, this was required. People either do not see or have a poor sense of timing. Either way, this welcomed addition to my truck is well worth it. I would encourage anyone to pick up a set of these. 5 stars!
