The size is right from foot to calf, but the band is not as tight as I need it to be at the calf so that it's not falling down, and I'm not constantly having to pull them up. It's loose around the foot, not fitted, and I wear an 8.5, there's no structure, if that makes sense. It's thicker than other trouser socks, which I do like, but I need to purchase my socks locally going forward.

I love these socks for the winter, they are not to thin or to thick. They are just right for me. They are a little longer but I fold them at the top and they do not dig into my leg. The do tend to slip down some during the day

I kept losing pairs of my knee-highs so decided to replace them all. Very happy with this brand - they fit well, no 'binding' (marks) and they feel soft. They don't snag easily and the colors are good and don't run in the machine. I don't know what you want from your knee-highs, but this is my entire wishlist, so I highly recommend them.

I've worn trouser socks for decades. I used to work in the fashion and the interiors design industries. My work apparel for the era I worked in those industries needed to be somewhat business like. So, with my slacks, I wore loafers and other business looking shoes. Trouser socks are obviously more professional looking than athletic or other thicker socks.Even as a retiree, I still like to wear my loafers, etc. when I'm not doing yard work or house work and wearing athletic shoes or hiking boots. Thus, after so many years, I needed some new trouser socks. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9, so I bought the larger size of these socks. They have ample room in the toes, but they are still snug enough to stay up without cutting off my circulation behind the knees. I bought black, navy and nude. The nude is darker than expected, but they will suffice.

These are lightweight and very nice. They seem to be extraordinarily long however, the band comes to the middle of my kneecap. Doesn't seem to be a problem folding them over to the right spot. Maybe when I wash them, they may fit better.

The quality appears to be good. I washed a pair and they held up. Lots of length. Fits well around the calf.
