Stays in place for the most part. Only time it moved us when I forgot I was wearing it and blew my nose. The size is perfect for a hoop nose ring . Comfortable and looks good !

Pros of this is that it's lightweight, stays on tightly, and definitely looks real!Con is the shape is a bit too round - it juts out further than I would like & is not as snug on my nose. A second con is that the black rings are hard to tighten. They seem to keep their shape as is - but I don't necessarily plan to use the black as often as the gold so it's not too much of an issue for me.
