I work in physical therapy and use this off and on with my patients. I’ve had it for less then six months and limited use. The last week it will come apart at the clip and cannot put any pressure through the belt. Can’t return since I’m past the window. Will need to buy another but not this one due to the durability.

Sadly, this strap did not lock in place. I even had my PT look at it and he said it should have locked with the buckle system. Will return and buy the Amazon Preferred.
