Product was sold as new but item received was extremely scratched up and had multiple fingerprints on it. It doesn’t affect the capability of the product, I’m using it in my garage to hold rolls of blue shop towels, but this never should have been passed and sold as new.

You might wonder how a simple aluminum paper towel holder could be good or bad. Well, this one definitely has some nice features. Things like the dual screws on the bar for positive retention, the fact that the sides are slightly angled in, so that when you unscrew both screws, the bar stays in place until you pull it out, and the wide base keeps everything steady when yanking a shop towel off the roll.

This product is solid and well made. I would have given 5 stars except for one thing: the sharp edges. All of the metal edges (mounting base/bracket, roller) had untrimmed edges, which are very sharp. This product is designed for hand use and all sharp edges that a person’s hands come in contact with during its use pose a heightened risk of cutting. My suggestion for improvement of your product: Please trim and deburr all edges of this product and make them safe for hand use as part of your production process.
